Laser direct writing for flexible 3D electronics

Additional information:

Two new technologies for laser-based selective metallization of polymers for moulded interconnect devices were developed in APPOLO which are applicable for carbon-doped and conventional polymers used in the car industry. These technologies reduce production price of moulded interconnect devices for more than three times. Achieved maximum scanning speed – 3 m/s. High metallization selectivity, minimum metal coated feature size – 22 m.
